Floods in Sharm again

Hi all,

Just to advise there were floods in Sharm again last night and some buildings flooded - if you have an apartment out there, you may want to get it checked.

Heavy rain, thunder and lightning in Hurghada also last night. There is still a lot of water on the pavements and roads tonight.

El Gouna has turned into a mudpie too. A lot of properties leaking water during the storm. Especially as the balconies slope downhill towards the apartment and the drain is at the top of the slope. Window frames let in a lot of water. Soggy, cracking plaster too. They spent nearly all year trying to get around repairing all the rain damage from January 2010 storm. With two big storms this year they need to rethink how they build houses.
