Fehmarn property

Has anyone heard of Fehmarn? Low prices, high yields, a beautiful island in North Germany, a bridge to be built linking Germany to Denmark from Fehmarn port. Work starting on Fehmarn side in 2009 and on Denmark side in 2011. There are no real hotspots in Germany but I predict that this may turn out to be one.
