Hello all, Is there anyone out there who has refused to complete on their property , has withdrawn from purchase over quality issues , who has completed under duress, who has completed and has not had quality/snagging issues dealt with????? Collective legal action a possibility imminently......

We backed out last May and still don't have our money back despite almost daily calls / emails to Fadesa and the Estate Agents. Anyone with similar experience?
