We have had an email today from our Solicitors in Bulgaria telling us that the developers (FN) are extending the date to pay the remaining amount to 6 Feb 09. But on top of this they are charging interest for everyday people havent paid?
Also the email was sent not just to us but to lots of other people that also havent paid yet, doesnt this prove that FN didnt give people enough time and now they are panicing because they think they arent going to get their money.
Me and my partner havent got a mortgage as yet and most definatly are going to lose the apartment, is anyone in this situation or had the email?
