Hello,
I have been visiting a few properties in the South of France with Agence Mercure. They have many interesting listings and I am about to make an offer for a villa near Cannes. Does anyone have any experience to let me know what detials to look at when dealing with the 'Notaire' before I signed the 'Compromis'?
