Expected Lifespan of towers

Hi,

I understand that property in Dubai is freehold. Is there any time limit to this ?

also, the government have been demolishing buildings older than 25yrs in some cases. How long are the current towers expected to last given the Dubai climate?

if they are demolished is there likely to be any compensation or ownership rights for a new building in the future ?

You are right, at this stage this are freehold (the buyers own it without any time limit) but laws in dubai are not properly defined and are subject to change any time as happened recently with free hold property residence visa originally offered and now it is conditional..... I assume you need to do a proper research and check with lawyers before you invest
