Hello All,
Who ever can advise me please - I parted with 75% of agreed valve for a studio in IC back in 2006.But the estate agent said we had lost the property that the builder had allocated which I later found out that their was no property and they are holding and earning interest on my money.
My last vist to Dubai they said they will find me studio at orignal price and so far nothing at all. I am not able to contact them and the agents are always on travel or holiday.
I am now looking to hire a solicitor to get my money back.
Has anybody had similar problem if so can they please advise what I should do.
Any solicitor who can advise me please.
