Does anyone here know what the current market /sq.ft is for exclusive apartments in this development? I am talkin full lake view with smart home technology.

Awaitin your replies as I have to sell my apartment quick so I need to kno what i should put it at. Thanks.

I'm in the same situation but mine is "Empire Tower", high floor, sea view, 2 beds , etc....

I was told by an agent that about AED1900 - AED2100 /sqf is the going re-sale rate for Reem Island apts.
I would be interested if anyone can confirm those numbers..
