Emerging markets in Europe

While the likes of Spain, Portugal and an array of other European real estate markets have suffered, are there any emerging markets which we should be looking at? Real estate headlines are often dominated by the major markets but surely there must be an emerging market underneath the rubble of the troubled euro?

Poland looks an interesting market if it can maintain the momentum of late - property values down about 1% in 2012 but up 10% in 2013.

Perhaps the one major issue in the short term, which could impact the economy, is the Ukraine. Any views?
