Not credit-notes per se, but if you have a property on hold, they will transfer credits to another unit.

Yesterday I went through the transfer of credits from a unit in 18 Blvd to one of my unit in 29 Blvd. It is happening in downtown, with transfer from M-Burj, Burj Place, Burj Park V, Claren 2, etc...

I've 2 more units in downtown. I believe you have warsan at your hand, I try to make push if you are interested. I prefer if anyone comes as 50% or 40% joint owner in the unit(s),property price is not bad compared to what was offered in peak time. They are 1 bed each @ AED 3,000 psf.

1 is 60% paid, 1 is 40% paid, and 1 is 90% paid.

Or I can transfer my credits with someone else from first 2 of these units. But I've to check if that is possible. But 3,000 psf is not a bad price in downtown for long term investment.

Well, I'm looking myself, but I prefer somebody comes as joint owner. I've to check for my property if they will give me credit note. You can ask from RE agents.
