asalamalekum mr mitry it was nice to see your face! i know you are very knowledgable and you are as you pointed out a while ago egyptian. i have just skimmed your article which i am printing out. one of the points which jumped out for me is the the signature validation and the reasonable cost that it is i think that sometimes one can be charged a lot more, so shokran for that i will carry it with me. as they say knowledge is power!

Some lawyers definately overcharge and many of the agents who bring them clients often expect up to 20% as a 'kick back'. This is an intolerable practice in my opinion; lawyers are meant to give honest, 'unbiased' advice.
