Has anyone got any good contacts for obtaining an indemnity insurance policy for a fairly simple indemnification of an Easement to allow Vehicular and/or Pedestrian Access.
I am looking for an underwriter who will look at the facts and not just provide a off the shelf standard worded policy.
The issue is to insure against the owners (6No.) of an access (which I have a clear right of access over from a deed) preventing me from developing the property which I am intending to buy
