Earth Calling Zeiad Yehia. ARE YOU OUT THERE?

Hi All

Can anyone advise a current contact for Zeiad Yehia? I used him for all my legal work of which he was very good and efficient. I paid him last April 08 when my contracts were signed and sent to Cairo. He told me it would be around 9 months for them to be returned but Ive since heard nothing.

When I used him he was working for CUI-Egypt, I believe he now works for Edge Bridge Law Firm. Tarek gave me the last contact and once again vouched for his proffessionalism and honestly.

I have sent mail after mail after mail with no reply. Can anyone help?

Yes it's always worrying when you can't get in contact especially as they're thousands of miles away but I am glad you made contact. I would not hesitate in giving his details to any of my agencies clients.

I have paid a deposit on their only studio so far and rec'd the contract but nothing about due dilligence. I can't say I am impressed in how this development is being marketed and I know from my agent they are trying to recruit a new marketing manager.

They are a big company but painfully slow in everything they do. The current marketing guy is a waste of space; his boss is called Gasser and his telephone number is (002) 0109 018888. Peter thank you very much, i agree, OUD are not doing themselves justice as im considering pulling out partly for this reason and partly because my circumstances with work might mean that i use the money instead as a deposit on a flat here.

When you compare the quality of marketing from IPI, the developers of MABR, there is no comparison. In addition, what is the brand? You would never think that the Sentido hotel is related to OUD, or Las Cabanas or the Oriental development

I got my contract dated April in May with no covering letter, no details as to when payment had to be made and a handover date of April 2011!!!
