how about Dubai?do u think there is still growth left? there r huge number of projects in the market.market is full of investors buying in numbers 2 4 6 ....10.how long this madness will sustain.is bubble abt to burst?

Many schools of thought on this. Some are blind enough to think the market can sustain massive growth, but that is not borne out by the drop in rental prices in certain areas and the slowing down of some developments.

You have to wonder just how secure a markety can be when build qualities are frequently so poor and a non-democratic system could overturn the already slightly shaky tenure.

IMO money can be made, but in the percentages that we have seen.
