Dear All,
I have come across some reports regarding Dubai apartment, villa and rental index. (Better Homes, Asteco, AIM, Global Property Guide, HSBC Global Reserach). They all seem different in a way and I couldn´t find the community "Dubai Waterfront" in it.
Is there anyone around here, who is able to provide me with actual figures on all communities (but especially Dubai Waterfront) regarding villa, aparment and rental index for the last two years or at least last year ?
