Went to it yesterday, looked nice even though not fully opened with shops, think end of the month.
However what i wanted to point out - on the fourth floor where the cafe shop is, they have a huge balcony where u cant sit and drink coffee and the view is the marina, it is amazing in the night with its bright lights.
Thinking like a neutral - I said would i like to live or own a property in the marina and in my opinion it was, oh yes. It is truly a wonderful and beautiful place.
Go and check out the view and have a coffee.

But i do own an apartment in the emaar marina quays which is directly facing you with the marina jbr behind it. Cant wait till its completed.
