Hope the strata law will change all this.

I heard that owners of Discovery gardens are being charged a maintenence / service charge of Dhs 30 psf which includes air conditioning also. Air conditioning should be based on consumption and not a flat fee.

If that's true, don't you think it's on the higher side.

Its raelly very high maintenance charges.I dont where it will stop. I think it will eventually be put on tenants' head.

I have a unit at Silicon Oasis which I paid 13.5 psf around 3 months ago.I complained as to me this was very expensive comparing it to other charges in Dubai.The charges for DG are ridiculous.
