I have seen the article and the prices are not accurate at all.
I believe you got the link from ameifno/
The website is good but not many proper articles for the last one year.
Anyway not many people in this forum are buying to rent with an excellent income but trying to resale a new releases for 2-3% mark up

You are right it's ameinfo. I like the articles they come out with. The prices could be an indicator and gives an idea as to what it could be. Nothing for certain that's for sure.
