Dubai/Abu Dhabi Vuy to Sell - Short Term Investing

I am new to the propperty crze in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Took me sometime to get involved due to Dubai being more of a speculative market. Fortunately I mdid a few short term investments and managed to secure reasonable returns over a 30-60day investment, whereby I purchase Studio or 1BR Appartment and sold within a couple of weeks prior to making next instalment.

I want to continue with the momentum. Is there anyone around who is able to advsie on prime location, pre-launches, launches etc in Projects whereby I could purchase a property and then re-sell within a couple of months for a good profit.

This is what's wrong with the market. Be prepared to lose your 10% downpayment and have fun. If you can't afford the next payment then understand that you are gambling! Currently everyone thinks they are on to a winner.......watch this space!
