Dubai 1 BED apartment with separate hall and separate bedroom??

I am looking to rent an apartment in dubai for around 50-60k..but I am having trouble finding one with separate hall with a separate door. Basically, I want to share it with a friend so that both of us can have our separate rooms.

I have seen such apartments in DSO but none are vacant for renting.

Please help.
