Everything goes in cycles - they will build housing stock up at a cost to tax payers then eventually they will sell it off again and the whole process starts again. It is all so predictable!
Whether parties agree or disagree with the right to buy scheme, they all took part until just a few months ago. Surely we can all agree this scheme kick started the UK home ownership boom?
