There is no doubt that the modern-day woodburning stove, or indeed multifuel stove, adds a very different ambience to any property. I would definitely say that a stove increases popularity and interest, so the likelihood of a quicker sale and more money is possible. However ensure you have installation certificate and building regulation certificates where required.
