the Sunset Collection Curacao website.

I went to a Caribbean resort website and saw some property on just about every island I could think of. Then I saw Curacao mentioned, which is a personal favourite of ours. We've been there a couple of times, the first of which was our honey moon. Then I googled the development - Sunset Collection Curacao - looks amazing.

But now I'm just wondering whether or not I should persue it. How do you decide on whether or not to buy a second home?

.....er, I would have thought the basic question was, "Can you afford it ?", followed by, "Would it be economically viable ?".

I had thought that you statement could be implied from my liking of the project. My question is are there any sources of info that i should read - are there any recommendations for real estate due diligence? all i know is the development is called the Sunset Collection and its on Curacao. I know about the island, but does anyone on here have some useful tips on making up your mind.
