AFFORDABLE housing needs to be built all over the UK. The problem is that developer's/the government's idea of affordable isn't the same as people who actually want to buy.

Yes i agree with above, both developers and peoples who wanted to buy have different mindsets.

The problem is the new 'starter homes' don't stimulate activity in the market. The only movement is between the developer and the buyer, there's no one in between!
