Developers Going Bust!!!!/Cancelled Projects!!!!!

Hello

Was wondering if anyone had an idea which developers might be in trouble at the moment in Ajman and had delayed or cancelled projects??

I ask as we have recently bought at Ajman Gold with Inter Emirates Properties (Developer Orbit Holdings) and have had trouble getting in touch with them of late.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ajman Gold at Ajman by Orbit Holding

I have also bought a unit in Ajman Gold by Orbit Holding through Inter Emirates Property. The cheques were received by Real Estate Investment Est. ( REIE). When i approach REIE, they ask me to go to Orbit Holding. Orbit Holding has an office in Nuaimiya Tower. But there is Mr. Hanif, owner of Orbit Holding who keeps tossing the words of continuing the project and having to get NOC from Etisalat and FEWA. IF they never received any NOC, how can they sell the property to us. When i approached ARRA, they simply issued a letter saying that the said developer is not registered with them and advised me to go to court. This is really AMAZING...!!! Anyone has telephone no. for ARRA where complaints can be filed. Developers dont want to return money though nothing is going on Ajman.
