Plse can somebody explain what action can be taken on developer, in this case Hydra.
I made an investment on pre-launch of one of Hydra's Projects named: Marina Waves. It was done through an agent. I purchased a share of a full floor.
We were initially informed that project to be launched end August 08, then postponed to Late Night September Launch due to Ramadhaan, we were finally informed that project will be launched at City Scape in Oct 08.
In Dec 08 we were told that project still not launched because the project's final plans and drawings not yet finalised.
It is now July 09 and a year since the investment was made but no sign of any progress on the launch and Hydra holding onto our funds whilst market has crashed and still going down.
Hydra not even talking of refunding back to their customers which is a shame as after one year how can they justify holding money and at the same time purchase Football Clubs and players for astronomical amounts.
Plse can someone advsie me how to go forward and possibiity of securing refund back from Hydra.
