Has anyone researched (or even seen in the 'flesh') any developments by Maroc Asur?
They are a subsidary of a sucessful French Company and have two developments:
Gardens of Fedela
several sites in Marrakesh, one in Mirflet and one on the Med somwhere.
Salama Valley
one in Marrakesh and one in Fes
Whilst they're not particularly cheap (around E1800 pm2) they're not Samanah prices and they have various great add-ons such as rental and buy-back guarantees backed by Axa.
Anyone any opinions ?
