Developer - DELAYING Launch

Plse can someone advise what action can be taken if one purchased a floor at PreLaunch. However the developer has now delayed launch by almost 3months?.

Can we approach the developer to return the funds + interest or otherwise.

Need urgent advice.

Officially the developer is supposed to compensate to you financially for delays. However, in UAE, the developer merely defers your final payment and calls it a "compensation"

Not in Dubai unless you are a VIP client possessing multiple units.

Start praying to God and hope he listens to you

Seriously though, copntact the developer and see what they have to say. All developers will react in different ways, so you be able to get your money back.
