Hi guys,
I have an idea to broker deals between land owners and investors who would finance the actual building on the site. I have run countless test runs and put many deals together on paper (i understand this inst the real thing but it at least proves the figures add up) and i was wondering what platforms i could use to pitch the full idea to potential investors.
Have any of you guys looked to find financing before based around a sound deal proposal?
Ive tried google and im surprised how many sites there are for people to invest in start-ups that have no real plan or projections but i cant find any for investors who are looking for a solid construction deal.
Any feedback would be great,
