I would be careful about buying in IC until they sort the ongoing sewerage works problems - which have caused a lot of problems to existing residents - and are the subject of many blogs - some of which are reviewed in <snip>If the local sewerage works is moved out of the new city boundaries as suggested -this project should have good future prospects by virtue of its location next to Dubailand - and with a planned station on the proposed new blue Dubai Metro blue line extension.
