Current Annual Rent for 1 Bed in International City

My old tenant has just moved out. I have an agent looking for a new tenant. I have just been offered 28K(2 cheques) for a 1 bed in International City. Is the current market rate.

It really depends where it is, the quality of it and the location.

On average we have a current rent at 30k ... for example in England Cluster this is what it is getting.
