Could I get free hospital in France?

Hi

I am a UK citizen. If I buy a property in France and live there for very long time (for example 3 or 4 years). Could I get see doctor and hospital free of charge as I am in UK?

What happed if I get ill in France as a UK citizen?

Or If I live in France for very long time (for example 5 years) , could I become French citizen?
