A thread in regards to contracts with developers;
As with several others I know, I signed a reservation form and began sending installments based on the payment plan outlined within. To my understanding, we should then recieve the full contract/purchase agreement from the developer.
I have now paid in excess of 20% of the purchase price, and have yet to recieve a contract (or a reply when I go asking for one). I refuse to transfer any further funds until I recieve mine; I am wondering what legislation is in place in Ajman to deal with these situations?
I am dealing with a developer of supposed good repute, BL properties, but the way I've been treated so far has been questionable.
