In an effort to make investments into UAE property market a bit more transparent and secure and to ensure that when we pay big AEDs we know what to expect...
I would like to propose a thread where contracts with various developers will be published. If you purchased property, have a contract and do not mind sharing it (you can obviously omit your name and other personal details) go ahead and publish it.
