Contacts of Property Investment and Real State Companies

Hello,

I am an owner of a land property near Lisbon, Portugal that i am interested to sell. Does anyone has some good contacts of Real State companies or property investments companies located in UK, Spain, France, etc, that could be interested in promoting and selling my property?

Hi Pipa,

We run a property sourcing company.

Our customers are currently mainly looking at buying in the UK. I do not see many requests for properties abroad nowadays. I suspect the state of the economy is to blame for it especially the debt problem in Spain and Portugal may worry investors. Finally the lowish value of the pounds make the situatuion even worse.

In any case if you target investors be ready to provide lots of details on the local economy and also the local rental market. What about selling to a local? Have you considered that option?
