Has anyone bought an apartment or chalet at this development and been to view the site.

Is this the development on outskirts of Borovets? I went to see plot a couple of years ago, maybe 3 now. Know friends who are buying there, think it is all finished and just furnishing it. But really needs new gondola and 'super Bovorets project' to go ahead to make it a decent position.
