Hi
could someone briefly explain the procedure with submitting company books when you are an owner of a ulgarian property with land. generally speaking i would like to know:-
1. do you have to have a bulgarian accountant?
2. what goes in these books if you aren't letting
3. are there any penalties associated with late / non submission
4. who are the books submitted to
5. do the books have to be audited in any way
also once into the process of buying a property is any deposit non refundable or does that depend on the terms of the sale?
we are travelling out at the end of june what currency would you advise us to take for the trip
