Building work is progressing well on the commercial centre, set to be one of the most exciting features of the Mediterrania Saïdia complex. Located next to the marina, the area will be based on the theme of a classic Moroccan Medina and this will be reflected by its architecture and layout which features typical narrow pedestrian streets, courtyards, squares, fountains and Arabic palace-style buildings and terraces.

Occupying a large area, the medina will be the central leisure and entertainment area including shopping centres, parks, restaurants, spas and many more public features.
