There is evidence of Chinese investors becoming more prominent in London, Australia, Cyprus and an array of other worldwide real estate markets. This is likely to continue for the foreseeable future although some people are concerned what will happen to real estate prices if/when Chinese investors are forced to repatriate their money in the event of a Chinese economic setback?
