There are very few markets around the world which have not been impacted by Chinese investments to some extent. We have seen the London property market pushed to new highs, Australia benefiting from Chinese investment and evidence seems to suggest that the Dubai real estate market is also benefiting.
There had been hopes that concerns about the Chinese economy, and a relaxation in property restrictions, would prompt some investors to repatriate their funds but this does not appear to have been the case as yet.
