I must declare an interest, as I invested in number 3, and personally I think it could become number 1 as it has the Meds largest marina (75% built) onsite and its own 6km sandy beach (Monte Mayor in Spain is not on beach let alone marina).
Also a 3 hour flight which is half of the time to Dubai.
