Change from IT world to the real estate world

Hi,

I'm 43,working in the IT industry for the last 10 years but, my heart was always in real estate and I feel that I want to change my profession and start working in real estate.
What would be the best way for me to start my new way without effecting my life (family, commitments, etc.) dramatically.

I reckon you will be able to use your IT skills in the property market - an analytical biase when look at deals. Dont let anyone kid you otherwise, property investment comes down to good old fashioned figures and returns. Take out the emotion and you can see more clearly

You pick up many transferrable skill working in the IT industry, list what your main skills are and what you are good at then compare them to the keywords used in real estate job advertisements to see what role would best suit you
