I invested in Champion tower 3 in 2007, unfortunately i am still awaiting completion!, decided to take Memon properties to court and was awarded loss of earnings from 2009 up until hand over of apartment, also all expenses !. To take it further the judge needs a copy of (Memon properties trade licence),which i don`t have and despite my lawyers best efforts to find it, they cannot find it anywhere, if anyone can supply me with a copy of the trade licence i would be eternally grateful , and any investors in the project that can help i would be glad to provide any info that would assist them in their quest to recoup their hard earned money. Memon are still pestering me for more money !!,
