Thank you for the offer but the price is much more higher than the O.P. (about 750.000/800.000).

Too much for a project just started and ready, if it goes well, between 2 years.

I paid 2020AED/sqfet. Its a high class property with great location/view, excellent paymentplan, good developer etc. I guess u all know that!
I am willing to sell it to you right now for 2300AED/sqfet. As I said, 20% now and the rest on handover!
Let me know if you are interested, I have already a few people in line even though "nothing is selling" what many are claming these days...
