"Tourism Minister Lahcen Haddad, the Wali of the Grand Casablanca region Khalid Safir, the mayor of Casablanca Mohamed Sajid, Director of Tourism Omar Kabbaj regional center and the presidents elected councils, signed on Tuesday the program contract for the regional development of tourism in the region of Grand Casablanca. These 46 projects will augment the tourist offer in Casablanca. 3 million tourists are expected."

Budget: 10.304 Billion dirhams

This can only be a positive move in the medium to long-term and it will be interesting to see how levels of tourism improve. I would also be interested to learn how real estate prices in Morocco have performed recently and more specifically Casablanca. Is this an area international real estate investors should consider?
