Hi all
Been looking at Canary Wharf apartments like Wardian and Landmark Pinnacle. At moment there are a lot of owners either selling contract re assignments or selling at a loss after completion. What are peoples views on this as investments? If I can get one in Wardian for under 600k when it was sold by Developer at 680-690k last year then as long as it does not drop to under 500k in value then it should be ok to live in at least. Main issue is the East side will be blocked by new building so will become partial dock view so no idea what affect on value that will do.
Any thoughts?
