can any body update me what about the city of Arabia project it cancelled has moneygiven back

The project was cancelled in 2015 , builder updated me but he is not telling me when amount will be reimbursed ,Please help me as it has been nearly 10 years our money has been stuck up.

What actions can the Dubai Law take against such fraud attempts by the Developers who cheat the innocent investors. I am sorry to give a term of cheats as if genuine than the project should get completed and the possession of homes should be delivered on time like many other successful residential projects of UAE
