i paid a 6% reservation cost for a studio flat in humaid city in ajman and now i have to pay another 20% of the total price, but i wanted to check if anyone has apartment there and knows the developer, as some people told me that some developer take the money and declare bankrupt. calthorpe tower is in humaid city in ajman, i appreciate any reply.
