I have been recommended to look at the Cabo Dream 2BD, Cabo Negro, Tetouan site at the 1-2 bed apartments and as a first time abroad investor I'm looking for opinions - I've read a lot of this forum but this site hasn't been mentioned

hi,i have bought an aparthotel at cabo dream,but the build has not started yet,the apartments were 1st phase and the aparthotel is on 2nd phase,i would be interested to here from you or anyone else if there is any problem with the developer and if you have got the keys yet..thanks

I would like to buy an apart hotel at cabo dream Tetouan , but I see many people saying they have made a deposit 3years ago and the project has not yet started. Would any body advise me about that please its urgent
