Hi, we are about to embark on buying a property in Puglia. Any general feedback or tips would be very useful indeed and any guidance on the following would be welcome
- what percentage of the purchase price does the ratable tax value of a property tend to be for the purposes of the purchase tax
- are the flight paths to Bari Brindisi regular enough, economic etc
- are there any areas to avoid types of property to avoid ( we intend to rent out as well)
